Not only did the staff go above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, but they also found a way to return the sim cards that we had accidentally left behind in our room. This level of attention to detail and care truly made us feel valued as guests. the heating in the room was perfect, keeping us warm and cozy on chilly evenings. the sitting area was comfortable and inviting, providing us with a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the stunning castle grounds. the garden furniture on the property was a lovely touch, providing us with a peaceful spot to enjoy the picturesque surroundings.
